BACON & SWISS ZUCCHINI BAKE – LOW CARB, LOW FAT, THM FP

Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
- 3 wedges light swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or reduced carb milk such as Fairlife Milk
- 3 tbsp bacon crumbles
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray an 8 x 8 casserole dish with cooking spray. Put the shredded zucchini into the dish.
- Combine the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over the top.
- Bake until golden brown and set. About 30 minutes.
